In the Computational Biology Laboratory, we conduct bioinformatics research to reveal biological phenomena based on information science or computer science methodologies. Our research interests range from the structural and functional analysis of proteins to genome/transcriptome analysis. We strive to develop various informatics techniques and we are actively engaged in collaborative research mainly with experimental researchers.
